Taiso = tai (body) + so (harden) is a generic Japanese term for conditioning.

Yaku Soku Geiko

Judo exercise in which partners engage in free displacement (study of situation), with a spirit of mutual aid, the techniques they not yet mastered, and they are looking for opportunities. The order is not established and they fall if they are endangered by the partner. This form of training is to improve the speed, efficiency, reflexes and improve techniques and falls.
